A Forever Home For Handsomeboy And Some Art Jeremy Vine BBC Radio 2

Hey Mr Vine

Regarding the visit from the last blog. It turned out it was Eskimo man they were in need of speaking to. Complaints about his section of the garden. Plus ask what were the maintenance department leaving a card for my address. Regarding the roof when it's Eskimo man they need to be contacting.

To the main part of this blog. Finding a forever home for Handsomeboy. Remember this Mr Vine?
Here's what I put out on my facebook page. Kinda sums up the situation.

I am looking for a forever home for 'Handsomeboy' He's been coming for food most of the year. He was in a right state to start with. But regular food and fusses have done their trick. With the cold weather he's moved in. But he's making my other cat Mr Tiddles very nervous.

He would be best going to a quiet home with no children. As life on the hoof has made him self protective. ie if you approach him in the wrong way your gonna catch some claws. He has very big feet :) Plus I would have to know that he has shelter from the rain if the right person is out.

He has been good as gold. Very appreciative of having a warm dry place to stay, with regular grub and fusses. So if you know anyone. He's not a young fella over 7 at least. I call him a cheeky monkey. Cos when he's had food he struts just like a very proud monkey.

I really want to make sure who ever takes him has the time to give him. To make up for that which he has missed. He adores a head fuss, but don't try for the belly even if he rolls on his side. Which is the position he likes to take up for a head fuss. 

 I doubt he will ever be a lap cat. But you never know with the right person such things may happen. Here's his image outside of a tweet.


Onto the art then. I havent shown these paintings before . . . they are part of the black n white series I've posted before. Some are of a similar size but most are smaller than those previously posted. I call it my Christmas gift Mr Vine.











I have a few others I will add soon. I wonder if I was in full time employment Mr Vine. How much I could have invoiced Cardiff County Council for wasting my time, on Weds 14th December?

Or was I expected to lose my temper on their visit Mr Vine? With someone who thinks it's OK for vulnerable adults to freeze due to the whims of another? No mention was made of my complaints however?

I've yet to made the sign ''Hey Jeremy Vine tell the people of Cardiff how much would have been in a Stand Alone Bank Account. Compared to the monies shown in the annual budget for the Housing Revenue Account''

It's to long to be punchy. Over £70Million with the subsidy (Price fixing) or £170Million without it. So much different to the what £2million they claim. So much money to invest in Social Housing. One day people will wake up to this fraud our Councils have been perpetrating Mr Vine. 

The implications of the damage allowing Local Authorities to have housing stock has caused. The real cause for the Housing Crisis in the UK. Either our political leaders are as thick as two short planks not to comprehend this. Or they collude in this crime. Well obviously they aren't the former Mr Vine. So it has to be the latter. Just like the BBC because it has an adgenda of home ownership, and private landlord heaven. Rather than one of a long term Social Housing domination of the housing market. 

 Shame on all the political parties for allowing this fraud to go on for so long. I wonder if I was a Nigel Farage people would take more notice? Shame that prejudice stops people doing the right thing isn't it Mr Vine!

Jeremy Vine BBC Radio 2 R U Freezing This Winter ?

Here we go again Mr Vine.

The BS never ends, or so it seems? So here goes the first email to confirm complaint to Cardiff County Council. Sent Mon 21st Nov 2016

 This is to confirm in writing the compaint made today. That of more hate crime. This time in the form of Mr Watkins leaving windows open 24/7. It all began last week when the weather turned colder. First with only the kitchen and toilet window. Open enough to cool the air to outdoor temperature. But not open enough as to be noticeable to any casual observer. Which are few and far between anyhow. With them being located at the rear of then property.


That changed this Sunday. With the front bedroom window open as well. Only the lounge window remains closed. Do I assume that this is done with malice and aforethought? Well yes I do. Is it making it more costly to keep my flat warm? Why yes it is. Am I bloody annoyed at this latest game of fkwittery by Mr Watkins? Why yes I am.


In the phone conversation with Victoria Ellis it was made clear to me that. As the Specific Area Officer was not in work today. There would be nobody calling today to end this BS. What motivation Mr Watkins has for doing this, other than being a jerk. I guess that's for you to ask him. He is out most days of the week. Infact he left here today at 13.30hrs with said three windows open and as its 19.19hrs has not returned. In the video recording I have shot of said windows (hope I'm violating any rules tut tut naughty David). The air temperature was at 6 degrees C or 42 F. If you look here https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/uk/cardiff/historic You can find the air temp for Cardiff over this weekend. The lowest it got to was 2C. That's 2C directly overhead of my flat. When he does return, he still keeps them open. I think to myself what an A-hole. Is it really worth it to him? Does he sit there, mentally masturbating over what a clever fellow he is?
No other house on this street had any windows open over this weekend or today. But yet Mr Watkins has found it necessary to have 3. I have had enough hate crime from this individual to last me a life time. The new game is the latest twist. Cardiff County Council has failed to protect me from it. By relocating me, to a property. Where the likelyhood of my suffering at the hands of others. Will be highly unlikely. For that I hold you all responsible in aiding n abetting hate crime. For whatever your motivation is. Other than to take delight in my further suffering.


When you do all find the time to call out here. Could you can arrange for one of your roof maintenance people. To call out at the same time. As during a recent fire at the adjoining house. The firepersons checking for spread to this property. Mentioned that there were holes in the roof, on inspecting the attic. From the sound of things during today's heavy rain storm. Water may well be going between the brick work. Making an already damp bedroom worse.


Why bother with roof insulation when living with Mr I like to freeze my nuts off. My concern is that left to continue as is. When the temperature goes below freezing. His pipes will burst and I will be deluged. Or is that his cunning plan?

It is the individuals choice as to whether  they wish to have there windows open or closed.

As ever I replied with this. Sent Weds 23/11/2016 same cc only forgot Alun Michael. We shall however be forwarding him this blog details via twitter.

On tuesday 22nd Nov 2016 I had a visit from 2 gentlemen wishing to survey the front doorway for a new entry system. This system they said would allow for the door to be opened internally via a buzzer system. As I have blocked off my doorway to the front door. Due to attempted illegal entry from Mr Watkins buddies years ago. This system would be totally worthless to me. Plus the likelyhood of harrassment from the likes of British Gas employees etc etc would cause me additional annoyance. There is also the cost to me in electricity. While the gentlemen in question said this would be minimal. Minimal over the year adds up to significant. As I live on a very tight budget any additional cost is not desired. (They did not know the running cost over a year) if it were £1 month = £12 a year that is 36 tins of cat food to me.
I am therefore asking that this works be cancelled. Can you confirm that this request is accepted on the basis of the above. So I do not have to take the necessary action of seeking an injunction to stop it.
I have to say I am appalled at your refusal to contact Mr Watkins over the window situation. It is excessive unreasonable and likely to impact detrimentally on my mental and physical health, as well as my finance. You are once again in my opinion in derogation of you duty of care to this tenant. As for the language I use in my previous email. As we are currently still memebers of the EU. It is unlawfully to discriminate against someone on the basis of their manner of expression. Regardless of what your tenancy agreement says.
Should his pipes freeze and burst, and I be deluged. I shall of course seek legal redress, against Cardiff County Council for any damaged to my goods and possessions as well as any inconvenience caused.


In a phone conversation with an employee of your office who said his name was Abty. He made much of the fact that Mr Watkins was not a council tenant, and that was a reason for none involvement. Yet today there are other sub contractors of Ian Williams preping the entrance and stairway to Mr Watkins property. In readyness for finishing the new non-slip flooring job tomorrow. It is not a communal area. That spans only an area at the bottom of the stairs. I wonder also if he, not being a Council tenant, will be getting the doorway entrance system? And whether he is to be charged for it? And is he being charged for the new flooring?
I am still waiting for someone from your maintenance dept to call. To view the attic for the holes in the roof. You will need to contact Mr Watkins as the trap door is located in his flat. It would be more beneficial to you. To relocate that trap doorway, outside of his flat for easier access in future. While he might be the leaseholder of the flat, I believe you have the duty to maintain the roof.

I'm a plain speaking man Mr Vine. My stress levels have zoomed due to this latest piece of fkwittery. I should point out that given its 'unlawful to discriminate someone on their means of expression' that this tenancy agreement is in breech of said law and therefore makes the whole thing 'Worthless'.

But hey you won't find the ombudsman upholding that insight based on past performance. Shall we Mr Vine? 

All this comes at the same time as the annual do you wish to remain on the re-housing list. In the comments section I wrote the following. Given that they have had 3 seperate doctors letters saying. That living in this property causes me stress and anxiety that I can well do without.

''It is my belief your dept. has aided n abetted. Both hate crime and the violation of my right to the peaceful enjoyment of my home since 2002. By refusing to re-house me since that date. Its current manifestation will be another official complaint on Mon 21.11.2016''

That form is dated 20.11.2016.

I have shot some video for evidential purposes, as mentioned in the email. I have yet to upload them to youtube. One deals with the state of the hallway n stairs, prior to the covering up of the new. I ask the Question in the video. If you were a landlord who would you prefer as a tenant Mr Vine?

My money is on me Mr Vine. Cos I found myself having to apologize for the state of the entry way with the 'I take no responsibility for this area'. Why the hell should I. I do enough to maintain the front and rear of it as it is.

Mr Live in squalor can pull his finger out. Cos while it looks lovely now, how long is it going to remain that way. Not that I care. I pray that soon I shall be re-housed and this place a distant memory.

I am currently looking to see if there are any legal remedies whereby this latest bit of hate crime (Remember how it takes many forms Mr Vine) Is put to an end.

UPDATE 30th NOVEMBER 2016

Hey Mr Vine I had me Moh's micrographic surgery yesterday. A big Shout Out to all at the Heath Hospitals dermatology department. Especially Jong who carried out the surgery, and his lovely helper Helen.

Some additional thoughts Mr Vine.

1) Maybe I should have kept quiet, about how the tealight heaters. Had made living here the warmest I've ever been at this property. Since I first moved here in 1999.

 2) Am I able to invoice Cardiff County Councils tenancy management team. For additional heating costs ?

 3) What is the minimum temperatures for office workers? Seems like its 16 degrees with 13 if your doing lots of physical activity.  http://www.hse.gov.uk/temperature/law.htm I mentioned this to Mr Abty I had in my mind it was 18 or 19 degrees. But for tenants. Heck had the central heating on for an hour n half and the temp was still 3 degrees in the bathroom/toilet on saturday.

 Well the temp got low enough last night for my water barrels to have a coating of ice today Mr Vine. Wont be long now before the pipes burst me thinkums.

and the reason is all because our Councils have been allowed to embezzle their Housing Revenue Accounts for decades. That is why we have a housing crisis. Isn't it Mr Carwyn Jones. Isn't it Mr Vine!

No demands by Plaid Cymru either for Stand Alone Bank Accounts for Council rent monies. So this fraud is ended. Or is there any talk of Council Housing Stock being taken from them for their Crimes against the people, via said fraud.

Nope not a dickkie bird. Seems like endless poverty is what they desire for the people of Wales Mr Vine. The #Senedd members. Or else they would have done this a long time ago.





They have never ever upheld the Human Rights Act for the Right to the peaceful enjoyment of ones home life. Not in the Public Sector nor in the Private. 

I met someone last week, living in a former terrace house. Converted into 4 Flats. Unfortunately for her she is the front flat. All the issues I have raised in these blogs relating to this property. She is experiencing. Its a disgrace and there ought to be court cases brought against these landlords, and the Assembly Members who have refused to enforce the Human Rights Act.

Especially our Councils. But the crisis is bad for them to do that. Isn't it Mr Vine. All because of Fraudulent Accounting.

The BBC don't want that redesignation do they Mr Vine cos as things stand. They are going to be having the right to prosecute 4 tenants rather than 1 for non-payment of the Licence Fee. Cant lose that kinda revenue eh Mr Vine they might have to pay you less.

On saturday Eskimo Man shut the kitchen n toilet windows. He was in that day. Guess his foolishness was even getting the better of him. The front bedroom one was still open. They have remained that way so far. I'll let you know if there are any changes Mr Vine.

Under the circumstances I feel it to be a legitimate one. Three heads of Political parties contacted. Relating to the negligence of Cardiff County Councils tenancy management team yet again. No replies, no concern. Probably cheering on Eskimo Man, else they might have done something about it. So this banner is as true today as it was when first painted many moons ago.


UPDATE 6th DECEMBER 2016

Todays thought Mr Vine. ''Are all those MP private landlords flouting the Human Rights Law with respect to their tenants'' By renting out properties that guarantee they will not have the peaceful enjoyment of their homes. That they are therefore in breech of said Law and are criminals.

Yet they are allowed to vote on issues relating to housing. Kind of a conflict of interest. But will the police be prosecuting them or Councils who flout the law. It doesn't look like it, does it Mr Vine?

It hasn't since 1999 when I first raised the issue of this property. Taken to all levels of government, and media and systematically ignored. That is corruption at its finest Mr Vine. So today I tweeted you this.
I've had my stitches out today Mr Vine. The young lady was very impressed with Jong stitching. My only concern is still some swelling. But hopefully that will vanish. Was it an unnecessary procedure. Well, they could have trialed Rick's oil couldn't they? With this willing guinea pig. In the interest of science, or alternative practices. I think so.

I classify vulnerable adults as anyone working for the minimum wage Mr Vine. Most live in houses of multiple occupancy. It could therefore be said that. Private landlords are indeed abusing vulnerable adults with below Human Rights Act legislation when it comes to their housing provision. While the media turn a blind eye.

Is it engineered poverty, by the political elite? That is the conclusion that I have come to. Following all my attempts to engauge the Welsh Assembly Government with some solutions to alleviate it. That they simply ignore. With the complicity of the main stream media.

Guess there have been more complaints against me. I've been singing the 'Value judgement people are coming to visit' I really am looking forward to a visit from the Lady who wanted me to freeze this winter Mr Vine.

I really would like an advocate for the visit Mr Vine. Compared to state this property was in when I first took it over. This Ms Vaughan has a ruddy cheek in my not so humble oppinion Mr Vine. Another attempt at constructively evicting me is it? Remember Mr Vine they let this to me with a broken lounge window, no gas meter and a whole load of other stuff that needed doing. 

 I am considering letting one of my sub-personalities deal with them this time Mr Vine. Do I can step back from their game playing. As far as I am concerned they are lucky to have me as a tenant. It's also worth noting they always do this at winter. When the garden isn't flourishing. Like this . . .

Never got a visit when Mr Fowler was causing wilful damage to my Honeysuckle or the bloke behind. Who must have got into my garden. To damage the ivy like he did. Oh no visits to those complaints. 

 Just to update you Mr Vine. Will let you know what the outcome was after the event. The benefits of gardening to those who live on the edge Mr Vine are many and various.

The Welsh Assembly Government Shows Utter Contempt For Council Tenants

Hello Mr Vine, Everybody

I had a email reply from the Welsh Assembly Mr Vine. It's dated the 31st of August 2016. It reads as follows.

Dear Mr Gabriel

Thank you for your email of 9 August to the Welsh Government regarding the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). I have been asked to respond on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary with responsibility for Communities and Children which includes housing.

Stock retaining Local Housing Authorities, including Cardiff City Council, are required by the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (section 74) to keep a Housing Revenue Account (HRA) which records all revenue expenditure and income relating to the provision of council dwellings and related services from this account.

From April 2015, the 11 stock retaining Local Authorities in Wales, exited the Housing Revenue Account Subsidy (HRAS). As a result, they now retain all of their rental income, which can be used to manage, maintain and repair their housing properties and service long term loans. This helps to protect services provided to tenants, provides certainty in the level of rental income, delivery of business plan commitments and thee ability to build new Council homes for future generations.

You refer in your email to the publishing of Councils accounts. All Council expenditure, both the HRA and the General Fund, is externally audited each year and the accounts published accordingly. I have attached below the link to the most recent Cardiff City Council's published accounts for your information.

Do you ever get those ''Well tell me something I didn't know'' moments Mr Vine. Yeah this was one of those for me. I don't know who Helga Warren is but it reads like she never even took the time out to read the blog. Before writing this garbage, but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe she did but figured she'd take the piss anyway.

What part of this isn't she getting Mr Vine. You know this pic of what would be in a Stand Alone Bank Account (SABA) Ms Warren there would be £70Million held in it. Which is a whole lot different to the £8.4Million Shown in the Accounts you refer to see page 7 here  http://bit.ly/2bFW3NX
and the £300grand surplus. When you can see from 2012/13 below in a SABA the surplus for the year would be £13.5Million so god only knows what it would be in this 2014/15 account. I guess I should figure it out Mr Vine. To enlighten Ms Warren, but I haven had the time. (Go on Ms Warren click on the image to enlarge it).



That is with the subsidy taken out. You could add a £100Million plus, if they hadn't been price fixing the rent levels. Rather than cutting the rents to achieve the same Treasury save. ''Eh Chief Constable!'' 

Oh and Ms Warren are those the self same Auditors that allowed for the Rent Rebates to show up in expenditure in the 1998/99 set of accounts? You know those Rent Rebates that nolonger do! When they should have known that the Treasury paid those rents via the Housing Benefit budget, and that like any other landlord they should have just shown rents paid. That they still include Rent Rebates in the General Fund is another oddity.

No mention of so many things in Ms Warrens missive aren't there Mr Vine. Like can we have Council accounts held on file in the public domain for 75yrs please. Cos I would really like to go back through the councils published accounts way back to the inception of Housing Benefit. Just to see the total figure of this mass deception fostered on us by what can you call them. Evil individuals. ''Is that to strong Mr Vine''

But we have an equally Evil Media, Who refuse to ask the Questions raised here within these blogs.

So far I have yet to hear from the Prime Minister. It doesn't suprise me the Tories hate Council tenants more than Labour in Wales do. She would probably have some flunky write similar drivel that Ms Warren has. So as we havent yet been grace with SABA for Council Rent Monies in September, will we have them by the end of October 2016?

No media pundits wanted to touch that one with a barge pole either. Shameful that's what it is Your Majesty. They will endlessly debate poverty in Wales at the Senedd. It's just lip service, they are just going through the motions of appearing to care. Yet unable or unwilling to make the necessary changes to end it, or at least limit it significantly.

If Councils are not funded properly, its not the fault of Council tenants. They are not the fodder for the professional elite to make rich pickings off. 

Anyway that's the state of play. Plaid the Conservatives all play their part in keeping this sham of ''Ring Fenced'' Rents on the go. By refusing to calculate as I have the monies that would be in a SABA and challenge Carwyn Jones on Labours comprehension of accounting. Demanding the immediate introduction of SABA's for all Council stock. The bank accounts balance to be published annually, with totals in and out. You guessed it Mr Vine 'Kept in the public domain for 75yrs'.

Any point in me making a complaint directly to the Welsh Assembly. That would be as another fools errand. Like the one  I made when trying to draw the Local Government Ombudsman's attention to these matters. Now wouldn't it. I'd probably get the same reply. We don't take blogs as evidence.

I really ought to ask them to ''Print it off why don't you, and treat it as my sworn testimony'' and ''Hey while your at it. Do the same with my twitter feed will ya!'' I'm sure you will find the web of complicity interesting.

Given the previous blog on the subject. You have to wonder, why we allow politicians so much power over us. Because they certainly don't operate out of common sense, do they? 

Given the State of the Housing Crisis. Seems like that is a permanent on going state of affairs. Due mostly to politicians ineptitude. That or the Civil Servants who guide their decision making. For what ever agenda they have. Which certainly doesn't appear to be 'flood down economics' (Sorry but I am fed up with that sickly phrase 'Trickle down Economics'. Let consider Flood down for a while, shall we?)

Needless to say. Mr Jones didn't respond to this notification in his twitter account, but then the Media in Wales refused to press him on the point. Those Media pundits like the BBC Wales's very own Vaughan Rhoderic.

I try and involve those in the Caring Profession you know mental health charities and such like. Bring to their attention these issues. For some unaccountable reason, they appear to hide. So it was a Big Up day for #supportingpeoplewales on twitter, and a whole lot of back slapping was going on. So I slipped this in.
While there were 2 RT's nobody ever came back to me. The same happens with the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Supposed to be for the end of poverty, but don't appear to be willing to challenging government over blatant lies.

Ergo I nolonger trust Charities or Foundations. Self serving organisatios are all they appear to be, in my eyes. Abit like I nolonger trust the news. After all I have first hand experience of their collusion with government. Like this array of banners displayed for 'Queenies Come To Sanctify The Inept At Cardiff Bay Day'


 

Not all displayed that day there were some around the front as well. The not so nice Police Officers took them down from where I had placed them earlier. Cos they would have inteferred with the medias shot of the crowd. That's how duplicitous our media are.

The only plus point in all this Mr Vine. Is ever since the Cannabis blog post. Mount Vesuvius hasn't been erupting overhead. It's something at least. Ending the corruption in Government however hasn't happened half as fast as it should, Eh Chief Constable.

UPDATE 20th OCTOBER 2016

Hi Everyone Mr Vine,

I found that earlier tweet to Vaughan Roderick Mr Vine. 
Should have realised it would probably been done on an update day :) 

Still nobody asking questions from main stream media, about the nice bit of duplicity our Councils have going. Or the lack of leadership at the Senedd, in demanding transfer of ownership out of Council hands of their housing stock. 

You know Mr Vine for the nominal sum of £1. Due to past fraud. Also the transfer of the maintenance department as a subsidary of the new Housing Associations created. To be run at cost.

That ought to please the unions. After all, over time. Staffing levels will increase, due to having the necessary investment monies to increase stock.

Lately I've been tweeting @fmwales with ''Explain to the people of Cardiff the loss of £172 million in investment monies for Social Housing'' Mr Jones refuses to respond, as ever.

In Ms Warrens email you read of the 11 Local Authorities that retain housing stock. I multiplied the Cardiff figure by 11 to arrive at the £1.89Billion for the total figure for the last 10 years lost, by the Welsh Assembly Government of investment monies for Social Housing in Wales.

Due to their ''We really don't care for Social Housing'' attitude. Or else why havent we been hearing on the news in Wales that the Senedd are forcing Councils to create Stand Alone Bank Accounts for their Rent Revenues? In the lead up to a transfer of ownership.

I think their playing with the accounts over the last few decades proves their unfitness to run them. How the hell the cops can just allow it to carry on. Is a tad mind boggling. But then they work hand in glove with government don't they. (Miners strike etc etc ad nauseum)

So I tweeted to the @fmwales while your at it explain to the people of Wales the loss of £1.89Billion in investment monies for Social Housing over the last 10years.

I didn't hear of anyone in the BBC causing a stir by shoving a microphone in Mr Jones face and asking ''Well Carwyn?''

I really should make the message boards with those questions on and photograph them. But I'm doing my best to be in that place ''Where all of this is over'' Because the necessary actions to stop it have finally been taken.

I found this tweet by UK Labour considering the contents of this blog, particulary galling. Especially as I have tweeted the leadership regarding these matters. All to no avail . . . hmmmm!








Time to make you aware of the update Mr Vine. I'm waiting with interest to find out what the 2015/16 set of accounts at Cardiff County Council look like. Aren't you Mr Vine? They generally ratify them around this time of the year. Maybe they have already done it. 

I'm wondering what mechanism they will have dreamed up, in order to fleece it. Just a tad more. Now that the Treasury. Aren't dipping their fingers in the pie?

Or was that just another lie?
